Athletics to host fifth annual Soccer Fest Sunday

The Athletics Department invites the AUM community to bring family and friends to the fifth annual Soccer Fest for fun, food and futbol.

Soccer Fest will take place Sunday, Oct. 18, at the AUM Soccer Complex in conjunction with the men's and women's soccer matches against Shorter College.

An inflatable obstacle course will be set up for children at 12:30 p.m. Moe’s Southwest Grill will also be at the matches with food available for purchase from their “Moe on the Go” traveling kitchen.

The Athletics Department invites all youth soccer players to wear their jerseys and get into the matches free. Area youth soccer teams will be at the matches and will play a mini-match during halftimes of each game.

Following each match, the AUM teams will be available to sign autographs for all of the youth soccer players.

The 19th ranked Lady Senators will begin their match at 1 p.m. and the 15th ranked Senators will kickoff at 3 p.m.
