The Office of the Vice Chancellor for Financial Affairs manages and directs campus financial departments to provide services and assistance to AUM students, faculty, staff, and guests. Departments include the Bursar/Cashier Service Center, Financial Aid, Budget Coordinator, Contracts & Grants Accounting, Payroll, and Procurement & Payment Services. Additional Financial Affairs responsibilities include:

• Develop the university budget in accordance with approved guidelines.
  
• Provide financial enterprises and other areas as needed.
