Cancellation Policy
Please contact our office at least three days prior to the scheduled desktop class or a late cancellation fee of 20% of the class cost will be charged. Cancellations for all technical classes should be made at least two weeks in advanced or a 50% late cancellation fee will be charged. Registrants who do not cancel before the class start date or attend are subject to a 100% “no-show” fee. We reserve the right to cancel any training class.
